Annually, the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council sponsor a competition for builders and associates recognizing them for Excellence in Home Designs, Construction Quality, Merchandising, Marketing, Remodeling, Developing and Advertising. More than 500 entries are submitted each year for judging by a panel of 35 judges from across the United States. A Gala Event is held in November with more than 1000 people attending; nearly 180 Gold and Silver Awards are presented to Atlanta's Best.
